Shipping Policy
Our Shipping Policy provides detailed information about your options for delivery of your order.
Shipment Processing & Delivery – Estimated Times
- All orders are processed within 4-5 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Please allow 3-5 additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
- Please allow 7 – 10 business days from the date of placing your order for processing and delivery.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Methods
Estimated Delivery Time and Shipping Cost
- USPS Standard Media, 2 — 8 days: Free
- USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail, 1 — 3 days: $12.95
- FedEx Overnight * 1-2 business days: $19.95
- Money Tracker ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with a delivery address within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive an Order ID Number in your emailed receipt upon purchase. You may contact the Money Tracker at any time to request a status on your delivery. Please allow 7 – 10 business days (from the date of placing your order) for processing and delivery.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Money Tracker is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (eg, tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Money Tracker is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns and Refund Policy
Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order and receiving a refund when applicable.
Returns (refunds and exchanges)
Tangible Product Purchases:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. Our Returns Policy gives you 30 days (from the date of your purchase) to return or exchange a tangible item (eg, a book) bought online with a valid receipt. If more than 30 days have gone by we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Digital (Downloaded Product) Purchases:
There are no refunds issued for digital products (eg, eBooks and Excel worksheets) as there is no way to effectively return the downloaded product. If you are having difficulty downloading your purchase, please use the Contact page on the Money Tracker website for assistance.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange on tangible goods (books) your item must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and instructions. If you received a “free gift” or bonus item, please feel free to keep and enjoy the item.
To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can copy and paste the content of your original emailed receipt into an email sent through The Money Tracker website. You can begin the process for return and refund here.
After contacting The Money Tracker for approval on your return and any further instructions, please send your purchase back to the return address you find on the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
When approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 calendar days. If you paid for standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not yet received your refund, please contact us here.
Sale Items
We do not offer refunds for sale items, unless they are faulty.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us through our website contact form.
